• Billing details (card number, expiry, billing address) — processed and stored by Stripe. Webly does not store full card numbers.

• Pages visited and features used within the Webly platform

Communications

• Support chat messages sent via the Webly help widget

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Generate your AI-powered website using your business brief data
• Host and serve your website to visitors
• Process subscription payments and manage billing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting purposes on third-party platforms.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:

• Your account data and website files are retained for 30 days after cancellation
• After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems
• Payment records may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., tax compliance)

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
